I think the negative response here is more reflective of the reviewer than of this business. I have known Hana for more than 25 years and she is not the person depicted here. Hana is charming, friendly, and courteous to a fault. I always look forward to my appointments and meet great people there as well. Hair By Hana is a great local business and deserves our support.

Yes, always an appointment to look forward to. Hana is endlessly kind and funny, and strives to give her clients what they want -- but more than capable of offering her ideas if so requested. She's always punctual, but such a pleasant, congenial, entertaining atmosphere that if she had a fine big space she could have a café on the side -- and most of us would be tempted to linger all day. Great cuts, great color and highlights. A++++ experience!

Did you even finish highschool? You sound ridiculous. Especially WITH ALL YOUR CAPS LOCKED...lol. You must have a personal issue with this business. This salon is amazing. I have been going there for years. Only salon in the area that actually has celebrities going to it. Get your G.E.D. and get off the computer that my taxes are paying for.

NEVER GO HERE, I CALLED THIS PLACE AND WAS GIVEN ATTITUDE AND A HARD TIME ABOUT ASKING WHAT LINE THEY USE. I WAS THEN HUNG UP ON, I CALLED BACK TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER HANA AND TO MY SURPRISE SHE WAS THE RUDE ONE I HAD BEEN TALKING TO ALL ALONG !!!!!!!! LESS THEN 0 STARS
