Sheboygan Area School District, with its office located in Sheboygan, Wis., is administered by a superintendent and an elected school board. The district has more than 20 schools, including high schools, an alternative high school, middle schools, elementary schools and an early learning center. It offers classes from preschool through grade 12 and enrolls more than 10,000 students. Parents are a major part of the education system, with numerous opportunities for school support groups and parent training programs. Sheboygan Area School District encourages its schools to offer a wide range of sports, in addition to membership in service organizations, honor societies, student government, publications and academic clubs.
