The Home Care Medical store in Sheboygan, Wi., sold me a Nova Walker that that didn't match my weight, 270 lbs. or my height 6' 3 ". I didn't realize it when I first bought it because I was still able to use my cane as my primary devise to get around. After starting to use my walker more I realized it wasn't a good fit for me. when I bought it, the clerk said she fitted it to my weight and height. My opinion is that they sold me something that they had in stock not necessary the walker I needed or should have been sold. I didn't realize it until I started using it as my primary walker. I took it back but they stated that it was past the exchange date. I even tried to fit the walker for me by drilling some holes in the walker to compensate for my height. That didn't help much.
