They need to pay more attention to customer service. At times no one answers the phone, no recording machine. When got through left messages with reception people which never got delivered. CPA staff is well versed and never had problem with tax preperation. Need more qualified reception staff and less family.

Been using them a few years now. Great job even when I had to redo them. It was my error.Very good price for doing them.

We used Bast Accounting once and never again. I could have received a better return if I did it myself. Also, my federal taxes were never received by the IRS and we were never notified. The receptionists are rude. My calls are not returned and they cannot find my file to give me copies of my paperwork.

i don't know what they had with bast, but my family have been coming here for the last 30+ years and they never F***** anything up.

Worst accountant ever, screwed up my taxes and then when we had questions refused to return calls. Receptionists are rude and don't deliver messages. Would NEVER use ever again. By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business much less causing the IRS to breathe down our backs.
