The help I received from the Phone service at Walmart is #1!!!

if you need help here good luck. ask a couple of walmsrt employes and the responce we got: we dont work in this department, i dont know, or the ignore you and walk off. We like this walmart only because they have everything maority of the time. just dont expect to get help

Well I have to say I wish there was 2 walmarts in shawnee, cause there are so many hateful workers at this one. Just the other day I went to pick up my daughters bday cake I pre ordered & It had some stuff wrong. There was 4 or 5 ladies back there & they were all ignoring me & then when they did notice me they were nasty & said I was wrong. I said ok fine I will take it, but can you sit it back there & I will be back in a little while I need to get some stuff. Well when I came back it was still sitting on the counter they didnt even try to put it back in the cooler. WOW! I said thanks for nothing & walked off. Way to take pride in there work. Also there has been a few times I have asked where items are & the girl I have asked its down right s#*@ty She rolls her eyes & has a attitude. She has worked there a few yrs & I dont see how. I mean if you don't like ppl why the heck work in a place like that where there is always someone needing help. Think I may take my business to Seminole when I have to go to a Walmart.

This walmart drives me crazy. It's good but could be better. The parking is such a mess. I think something should be done to improve that area to make it not such a hassle. The inside of the store is ok once you are in there. It has a nail salon, pharmacy, hair salon and Photo center!
