I picked Dr. Skinner as a new resident of Shawnee. She seemed very pleasant. I went to her for heel pain. She gave my Lyrica that I didn't request and ignored my request for anti-inflammatory. When I went to my 3rd appointment, a follow-up and a request for the Mobic, I waited almost an hour before she came into the exam room. I had some questions about Lyrica and decided I didn't see the need for it. A few weeks later, I get a bill for $250. I called to discuss and was told my simple prescription appointment was rated a 4 on her billing because I asked questions and she had to discuss the medicines with me. Seriously? No actual examine performed. No blood drawn, no tests, and she charges me $250! I will be looking for a new doctor!
