Very unimpressed with this company! A friend and I decided to drink responsibly, we took a cab to the saloon. When we called at 130am to go home, they would not answer! Even after telling us he would be available. ������������ someone should open a cab business in Shawnee. They could make a killing off of all the folks that won't be using executive! Just don't do it, that's my best advice!

Worse than ever! ���� right now I'm still waiting... Called at 11:53am and ready and it is 1:25pm no answering call nothing... Almost lost my job because of them I am always late no matter what time I call... They have to correct this issue

called the cab for a short ride of 1.5 miles and offered to over pay them and sat in the heat for over an hour waiting and they never showed up I just walked to where I was needing to go with an injured hand and leg faster than the time I waited by 3x over

Tonight I called a cab to take me and my wife to the movies. Our cab was sent to the wrong address, and arrived at our house 15 min. late. However our cab driver was very polite and still got us to the movie on time, so we were nice to her and tipped her. After the movie we called for a cab to take us home. Five min. later a very nice limo pulls up and the driver says he is here to take us home. Even though they were late, they more than made up for it for us. It was much more than we expected, as they only charged us standard cab rates. We will definitely be using their services again.
