I drove up to the drive thru and placed a very simple order of 2 chicken sandwiches and a side of mashed potatoes. When the drive-thru attendant was repeating my order, she stopped halfway through for no reason. I waited for a solid two minutes before just driving up to the window. After waiting behind another car for two more minutes, the drive-thru attendant came outside and looked around all confused before realizing that I'd pulled forward. So when I finally reached the window, the person at the window takes my card, then a minute later hands it back to me and says "Sorry our system is down. If you don't have any cash you have to leave."



NEVER go to this restaurant.

I called in to place a to go order and the Chinese manager said he would "make fresh for me & how long you be here"? I said 10-15 min. I was there in 15 minutes. I hear him take my order for livers & gizzards and order the cook to prepare them. I said Never mind forget it, It's frustrating when I walked there and he didn't understand that I called in to have the order ready. I won't be back if that guy is there! Waste!
