Okay let's start off with will be using them again!
They were the outside contractors tasked to bring my furniture home. Happy to report no damages upon arrival. Now as to why my 5 stars: When my sofa came the realization of it not fitting through the door of my 2nd floor apartment hit me. I thought I'd have to return what I fell in love with and get something else, however, Scott didn't give up. He thought outside the box and I'm very pleased to say that the furniture is in my home. Unscathed and it's perfect. They'll get the job done! Definitely recommend.
