The food is alright. 50's themed diner is cute, however some of the booths are tearing apart and need replaced because it looks bad. The manager lady came in when I was there with my family. She was behind the counter for a short period of time and was VERY RUDE to us. She stuck her nose up to us and was just rude and nasty. When I told a couple of my friends about the experience, they told me that they knew of the woman named Laura from community events around town and she is always rude to to them as well. The world does not owe you anything, so stop being such a snot. The burgers and fried food was good. But not worth the down-grading experience by management.

I totally enjoyed my experience at Donna's Diner on June 24,2011. I was staying in Hermitage PA - and when planning the trip - I found Donna's Diner online. I was looking for an old fashioned - good tasting cheeseburger - and that old diner experience and that's exactly what I got. The cheeseburger was wonderful! The place was immaculate - and they actually use green leaf lettuce instead of cheap iceberg lettuce on the burger - it had flavor - and 1/3 lb of real beef! Yum! The customers were friendly the staff was friendly - and a bonus is there is a walkway overlooking the river behind the diner to sit down - or you can go to "The Winner" the fashion store - which is right next door. The prices are reasonable - the food is what you would have experienced back in the 50s -From: Mary from Ohio
