I had a bedroom set delivered today and not only was the delivery on time but the men that delivered my set were very professional. I have a tight corner halfway up the stairwell but they were experienced enough to know how to maneuver up the staircase without damaging the wall or furniture...the icing on the cake was, I casually mentioned to the driver that I get charged extra for trashing large boxs, when they left they were sure to take all the trash with them. I will definatenly use Brothers and Sisters trucking in the future :)

You would have to be crazy to hire this company. They delivered a freezer to my house and agreed to bring it down the basement steps from my backyard.



In no time at all they had it wedged so tightly into our security doorway that they couldn't move it in or out. I kept telling them the box was too big and they'd have to take the freezer out first. But nooo.



Finally they cut off the box and my freezer was in the basement. I said good-bye, signed the paper saying they delivered it. The big problem was that when I went to close and lock the security door, all this masonry fell out between the door jam and the wall. I couldn't close my security door anymore! they destroyed the masonry connecting the door jam and the wall. Wonderful, living in Philly without a security door to the basement.



I called the company and someone came to the house and said "We'll do whatever is necessary to fix this." Apparently their idea of "whatever necessary" means not doing anything for weeks, not returning calls and finally refusing to pay for the damage made by *their* delivery

men. I called a mason who fixed the doorway. It cost $250.



This is a rinky dink company and the people that work for them don't know what they're doing. I recommend you avoid them at all costs!
