Central Penn Physical Therapy Inc. was established in 1989 by a Kulpmont native, Mary Lazarski-Stout, in order to provide the most current state-of-the-art physical therapy services to area residents.Central Penn provides physical therapy care to adults and children with a variety of disorders and problems which may compromise their quality of life.Over the course of 26 years, the practice has expanded to providing expert Physical Therapy services in 3 office locations, Shamokin, Elysburg, and Ashland.Treatment and therapies offered, result in an increase in ROM and strength; improved posture, coordination and balance; reduction or elimination of pain and swelling, improvement in self management and function and improvement in overall quality of life.Being a shoulder specialist, Dr. Mary Stout has established a Shoulder Center at Central Penn Physical Therapy offering an evidence based movement based approach to rehabilitation of shoulder dysfunction.For more information please visit The Shoulder Center Webpage
