The customer service here is terrible! We stayed for 8 nights, they charged us extra for the 8th night - $20 above the weekly rate for the 1st 7 nights. The heat didn't work in the room. The cable was out 1 day. We killed roaches in the bathroom. The toilet backed up. The operator at the front desk was mean and shrugged all of this off. I would have rated this hotel a zero but I had to make it at least 1 as a required field for this form. Buyer BEWARE!
