I really can't tell you how upset and disappointed I am when the patient is just a number or how my Mom was refused by St. Gertrude's rehabilitation a Annette from admission because the last time my Mom was there she had her tv on and her roommate didn't like it, roommate wanted total silence. Well that does not work when you have roommates but Annette doesn't seem to understand this. I would not recommend this facility to anyone unless your loved one keeps it total silence in their stay. SHAME ON YOU ST. GERTRUDE'S !!!!!!

My wife went to St. Gertrude's for rehabilitation after extensive knee surgery. She was there for in-patient as well out patient. The staff was absolutely fabulous. The PT staff helped my wife faster than originally expected.
