Mostly, a good job of installation of our furnace and air conditioning. However, the guy installing the lines to the outside unit did a very poor job of routing the lines from exterior wall to the outside unit. Really ugly, obtrusive route in our patio area - even intruding into a walkway. I had told him how I wanted these run, but he chose to do it his way. I didn't discover this until the end of the day, after the system was charged with Freon. I expressed my discontent, but since it was the end of a long day and rework could take hours, I told them the issue could be corrected in the spring when they came to start the AC (it was too cold to run that day). Come spring, and I was charged extra money to get it corrected! This, even though the salesman and repair guy agreed that the work should have been done right the first time. Be careful with this outfit!!!
