I have never had to resort to giving this type of report. Although this company did a descent job, they are very bad when it comes to returning calls, keeping appointments and keeping their word. I scheduled to have my driveway repaved. They set up a tentative week to come and start. They never showed up or called. I left several messages and never received a call back. Finally I called and the phone was answered. The promise was there to begin the following week. No show and no call. After several attempts, I made contact. Again another date set. No show, no call. Finally they came and ripped up my existing driveway. Promised me they would be back the following day to pave. No show, no call. Left in the dust for 5 days after numerous calls and empty promises. They finally showed up to pave. They did a descent job. However, now the agravation begins over again. Their machine ruptured a hydraulic line and made a mess of my street right in front of my house. I have tried, very patiently, to have the street cleaned up by them. It has now been 6 weeks, and nothing but empty promises of telling me they would be there time and time again to correct the issue. All full of no shows. He now will not even answer the phone or return calls. The last time I called from a different number. He recognized my voice and pretended to not hear me. My biggest mistake was to pay them in full after the paving and trust them at their word to clean the mess. I plan to take this futher. This review is my 1st start. If you enjoy agrevation, this company is for you. Otherwise, find one that is RELIABLE!!!!
