You have to be the highest water/sewer system in the country!!Your bills is so high your scared to use any water at all!! My bill was 150.00 just for one month!! I watered my grass, and the lady told me it was also for the sewer as well!! I didn't flush the water down the sewer, it went on top for the ground!! That is ridiculous for a months of water/sewer!! I have never like this company, they just charge whatever on your bill!!

After reading the other reviews here, I concur. The woman at the Semmes location was extremely rude and hung up on me. I'm a pretty chill person but bad customer service is unacceptable and she was almost the worst that I've dealt with. Fire her!

Absolutely ridiculous to have so frequent water outages without warning that my appliances are destroyed in a region where I must cease use of large appliances between noon and seven to avoid 5xs the regular electric billing. rediculous...

These folks have got to be the absolute worst example of customer service. Even though they have the capability of applying for service they will tell you they will tell you that you MUST come in to fill out an application for service. ANY question you ask their answer is always NO. They go out of their way to make it difficult for their customers. I have never seen such a bunch of xxxholes in one company. If you can look over their attitude they actually provide pretty good service (I have water only) at a good price. Somebody needs to give these folks an attitude adjustment.
