Normally I would suggest that anyone who hunts with archery should go to Springhill for anything you need, and if they fix what they messed up I will stand by that... However, we purchased the most powerful crossbow they made at the time, the Stryker 380 (still the 2nd most powerful bow) so when it came time to get it re-strung we of course returned to Springhill Outfitters... Apparently that wasn't a good choice. The bow wasn't re-strung correctly, which made it so we cannot go hunting tomorrow morning as planned and could've been lethal to my husband and I had we not noticed prior to firing it... To say the least I'm extremely disappointed and rather upset. I expected better from "experts"... Rating will go up IF they fix their mistake and make it worth the hour and 15 minute drive...
