I hired him to repaint 6 shutters. He told me he would buy good quality paint from Lowe's, so I paid him in advance to do the job but instead he went to DOLLAR GENERAL and bought some cheap paint ($1.25 and I have the receipt to prove it), he did not finish the job and left and never came back to finish it. 3 weeks went by and not a word from him, so I hired someone else and they finished the job.
