We own a 1996 Kia and most mechanics act like it's an illegal alien. We just spent a bunch of money getting it ready to be smogged. We were told by a mechanic/friend that everything checked out OK. Armando came to the rescue. Actually, the catalitic converter was out, gone, kaput! He replaced it, and low and behold, it passed certification with flying colors.

I did a lot of checking of prices and appointment times. And Armando's easily won out.
