UNSANITARY! Went here to get a manicure - all of the tools used on my hands were covered in dust and left over nail particles from the customer before me.
Dust is EVERYWHERE

Staff is RUDE - I only had my card on me so I had to run to my car to get cash to tip ( they don't accept tips with card payment ) when I came back in to tip the young lady, she grabbed the cash from me - avoided all eye contact and never said thank you. She could've at least pretended to be appreciative of the tip.

I'm stunned reading the previous reviews, frankly. I've had my nails done at Tony's for 6 months running,every 10 days or so, and never once have I witnessed anything to support the negative reviews given here. Quite the contrary in my experience.
I've witnessed Tony's as a buzzing hive of business to deadsville with friendly, quick-to-accommodate service each time. I simply cannot imagine Tony or any other staff acting in the manner described-if anything it's the clientele who must bring their tantrum-throwing, screaming, ill-behaved, little rabid animal children with them who unfailingly destroy the atmosphere. Not forgetting the snarky, un mannered young teenage girls expecting to be at the front of the line for their participant's trophy simply because they're there.
Civilized behavior, good manners and publicly-acceptable conduct go a long way. On the flip side: I've also seen and appreciated very young girls behaving like true little ladies getting pedicures with their mothers. Charmingly admirable and adorable. I wish there were more as I wish the beastly little savages were left in the care of a baby sitter. Like mother, like daughter, I suppose.
As a dedicated powder dip client, I pay ( and tip) quite well for a job well done. Were Tony or his staff anything less I'd never waste the money on the regular. I completely disagree with previous reviews. Decide for yourself. I've received nothing but good service all around from brow waxing to beautiful nails both of which I'm very picky.
I wouldn't call Tony's an "upscale" nail salon, just good, practical service and end product worth the expense.

Tony's is no dark, dirty den of snarling, bad-tempered providers of bad service in my overall experience. I've never once witnessed anything to support those observations rather, it's the uncivilized conduct of the clientele...just my factual account of personal experience. As always: your mileage may vary.

This was like the Seinfeld episode. I only wanted a simple manicure, and she told me if I did not get gel polish then it would not last even a day. I kept saying no, and the girl doing my nails got angry with me and told me I was taking out my anger on her, and that I worry too much, I had problems, and no, there are not chemicals used to take off gel, and then she got insulted and said what is the matter with me, don't I trust her? (I had known her for 2 seconds). Secondly: VERY UNSANITARY. AFTER USING THEIR TOOLS ON SOMEONE, THEY RINSED THEM OFF WITH WATER AND USED ON THE NEXT PERSON. I know this because I watched a man do it with my own eyes. It is a petri dish for nail fungus. You only need to walk through once to see how dirty the place is. DON'T WALK, RUN TO ANY OTHER NAIL SALON!

I totally recommend going here! They are super clean and do a fantastic job on nails! I can walk in and less then 15 minutes later they are already starting on my nails!

This salon is not dirty! Actually it is very clean! They even cater to children!! My daughter is four and she loves going to get her nails done too! Cindy is wonderful! Last time I went I had a different girl and she was great too! They even do a great job on eyebrows!! I am an extremely picky person and I never have any complaints when leaving here. My nails are always covered with gel and they are NEVER thick! It is a great placd and very reasonable! Everyone that works here is nice, very professional, and adequately trained!!

I went there twice now and they took 2 hours to do my nails each time! They filed my nails too short to the point where it hurts! I paid $30 for a gel French manicure and two days later it's chipping! These are my graduation nails and I am very upset that they look terrible for such a special occasion. DO NOT GO HERE.

AWESOME!!!! go there. i really dont even know what is wrong with the women who left the terrible reviews. this place is clean, and even when they were really busy i was in and out and left with an AMAZING gel mani. worth the price. clean. fast. dont have anything to complain about.

It was HORRIBLE! Don't go there!!!! I wish I could give LESS than one star, because they didn't even deserve ONE! The place was dirty, I had to wait a long time, because the guy went in the back and never came out. Finally, I stood up to leave, so the girl went back to tell the guy that I was waiting. He did my nails with an inferior and incorrect procedure, and when he was done, they looked awful! He didn't even cover the whole nail on most of them, as if he couldn't see too well. When I pointed it out to him, he got angry, jumped up and walked away for awhile, then came back and continued on without a word, as if in a huff. I was never told to wash my hands, he didn't put anything on my cuticles, and the sides of my nails were jagged and chipped, all to the tune of $50. On the way out, I told the owner that I was unhappy, so she looked at my nails and then refiled them. It's been one day, and my nails looks as if they need to be done again. They're very thick, too, due to the poor procedure used. I would NEVER go back. They don't have qualified technicians, and they don't know what they're doing. I've had my nails done for many years by good people, but this was the WORST job I've ever seen.

What a waste of money!

I would never go to this salon again. They are so unsanitary it made me sick. They attempted to reuse towels between customers. They also cut a customers foot while filing and never attempted to disinfect the tool or the foot bath. GROSS!!!
