This Kays Jewelers has wonderful, helpful associates and a wide assortment of beautiful jewelry BUT when it comes to resizing rings the cost is ridiculously high, (no exaggeration) if you didn't purchase a service agreement with them. They even charge $39 to polish & clean each piece after it re-sized. No offense but shouldn't that be included with the jewlery re-size anyway? Nevertheless, I ended up going to a small local jeweler who did his re-sizing in his shop and I saved $400 on my rings being re-sized. I will shop at Kays but that's about all.
