My name is Joyce, and I have to say this: Last November, I walked into this amazing bird store which I heard a few things about in the past. On a whim, I decided to buy my son a cockateil in hopes it would be a playmate for my son and it would be loved and handled by both of us. I found my son more and more in love with her, and for myself, I was not a bird person then, but somehow, I got sucked in to loving her just as much. We visited the store on a weekly basis, as they have a dont be a stranger rule, let us know how the bird is doing.So we were in often.The store was always being taken care of by courteous staff and knowledgable staff. It was clean and always being cleaned by the staff. They showed amazing amounts of love for the birds that were boarding and babies crying to be hand fed on their scheduled feeding times. Tom shows a true amount of love for everyone when he is there and he never turns away without answering every question. This is why I decided to buy my other bird PEPPER.... a congo african grey. Gorgeous as ever! he has grown from a baby and is just about ready to come home now!

The store is welcoming and warmed with friendly smiles. Especially the one of Tom and his birds.WAY TO GO ALL!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
