This was our second experience using Burke's Plumbing and both times has been great! Late today, just before closing AND the day before Thanksgiving, our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Jorge was dispatched and quickly came to our rescue. He assessed the problem quickly and got to work. He did a great job!

After calling Burke Plumbing to come and clear a drain I had to call them back. Two days later water and waste started backing up into my basement. They said someone could come out that day after 2:00. No one showed up and they didn�t bother to call. So I called back the next day to see if they were coming out that day. The person I talked to didn�t know anything about it and said I wasn�t on the schedule the previous day. They did end up coming out after 5:00. Did the same thing they did the first time which cost almost $400.00. And then proceeded to charge me $330.00 more. I questioned this and the response was they didn�t redo a drainage for free. I will never call them again. They were way overpriced and I feel I was taken advantage of. The only reason they got one star is that was the lowest I could get.

Would not recommend. Overcharged for time, travel and inexperience! Plumber was prompt, however failed to listen when I told them it was my pressure tank. He tore up my wall, mess everywhere before even checking the pressure tank! Owner then blamed me and said they were a 4 generation family business blah blah blah!

The 2 plumbers showed up on time. They were eager and began working immediately. The job included some digging to uncover the pipe. The ground was damp to wet and the temp was about 40F. They found the leak location in an efficient manner. The care needed to uncover the pipe without making additional damage was obvious and they were attentive to that concern. I found no fault with the job in any area. Therefore; this is a compliment for the Burke's Plumbing Company in Yakima, Wa. Phone 509 697 6574. I had these folks fix a broken irrigation line a year ago. When I discovered that the main pipe from my well to my house had broken I called these folks again. The same man came to the house with a helper. They quickly assessed the problem and went to work to uncover the failed pipe. I'm pleased to announce that these are the hardest and smartest working craft guys I have ever dealt with. Their work attitude was exemplary and they finished the job in half the time I thought it would take. If you ever need a plumber, be well advised to see if these guys can fit you into a schedule. I know that I will work with these folks again and I'm actually looking forward to the next job they will do for me.



They returned again on 5/8/14. This was a planned service call to reseat 2 toilets and fix a flush mechanism on inside of the toilet tanks. Once again I must say they were knowledgeable eager and courteous. I know that you can ease all your plumbing concerns for repair if you call Burkes Pluming at phone 509 697 6574.

Very overpriced. I was charged for 2 plumbers when only 1 was needed. Then when the job was done it leaked. I called them and 1 of the grandsons came back and told me it was my fault for not doing proper maintenance. The owner Richard is nice enough of a person, but his grandsons were arrogant and think they know everything. I almost kicked them out of my house. Will not call them again.

They arrived on time, AND same day I called.! Excellent service, fair price. I will do business with them again

Burke showed up when he said he would; fixed the broken water line valve, was professional and friendly. The cost was very reasonable.

Be very careful with this company. The lady answering customer calls us extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacks satisfactory customer service skills. I wonder how the actual plumbing service is when my initial contact with the company is so disappointing. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

two guys came out a father and son,they fixed my leaky pipes for less then the other guys...

the plumber that came out was nice, he fixed the water heater that two other plumbers could not fix, and the bill was less...
