!Unavailable, unaccountable, unprofessional! Kimberly actually called my husband to solicit business, so we decided to use her again this year (last year she took way too long). AFTER the deadline, she called and said she was missing a report. We sent for a copy (no easy task) and I dropped by her office. It was closed, with no explanation. I have called four times, during what she states are her business hours, and she has not returned any calls, nor has the office been open the many times I have stopped by. We will have to use a different tax service - at this late date! - and she has all our paperwork! WARNING: do not go near this place! This is not someone you should use for anything critical - such as taxes.

The courtesy and professionalism I experienced were only the begining. Normally dealing with taxes can be stressful but the folks at Tax Wizard made it EZ.

And the best part is I am getting a nice refund....when I didn't even expect one this year.
