I hired Rent a Husband to do some odd jobs around my home before leaving for Korea (in the military). The Rent a Husband guy who appeared to be a manager/owner noticed work being done in my kitchen (wall removed) and that I had two refrigerators. I was going to put it in the garage if I couldn't sell it or get the Salvation Army to come out and get it before I left for Korea.



My son was moving in to take care of my dogs while I was gone and wanted me to leave it in the garage as it was a nice big black side by side - very well kept. Instead, the Rent A Husband guy OFFERED to take the refrigerator to the Salvation Army for me and send me the receipt. He even took down my military Korea address. Yea - don't laugh but I trusted the guy. I watched him and his buddy put it on the back of his truck and NEVER heard from him again. My son told him he felt the guy was no good and really rubbed it in.



I wrote him twice asking where the Salvation Army receipt was and heard zip back.



Then I contacted the National Rent A Husband to report him and found out he has NOTHING to do with them other than the name. The national Rent a Husband chain didn't even appear to be upset someone was using their name.



I would never use him again.
