Provided by SuperpagesBuyer Beware! We were so excited for our new pellet stove. Unfortunately, their installation team did not install the stove correctly and once they received the money, they would not answer our calls. We had endless trouble with it ever since and had to pay private contractors to fix the bad instillation and stove on occasion. The stove worked great for two seasons and now blows out smoke. Once again, they won't return our calls. We plan to convert to wood stove and would never buy from Fireplace Showcase again!
