I'm Tim replying to Miri's poor review.
We passed ALL inspections and I show pictures to all potential customers. It's a beautiful pool that they stole for a $24,000 non payment, bitching throughout.
Some customers are never able to please and these are my prime example. I have 20+ more pools that I can show and reference from happy results!

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT – 8 month for armature job, damages to our landscape, house and water system which we had to fix, Before we signed Tim Eaton the owner promised many things (we will swim in 45 days, we will have a pet screen, we will have grout in the pavers to avoid weeds) when it came to it, suddenly he does not recall, DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD HE SAY, inspections failed time and time again, leaking pool that was drained and checked 4 times and not fixed yet, one time it was the light, then jets then plumbing, now they claim factory defect of the bottom drain, we signed the contract on April, only by the end of July they got the permit, then 2 days of installation by Buccaneer Steel, they left the site damaged, dirty and filled the pool with water from our well without any treatment, so we had mosquitos and frogs in our back yard, they forgot to order pavers and tried to get me to agree to cheaper pavers, I did not, so I was blamed for the 6 weeks delay. Another crew came to try and fix the leak and finish the job a month later, just covered what was done wrong, it was paved and now it is leaking again, Pavers were done in the most amateur way uneven, sloping toward our house and pool coping sloping one way the pavers another, we cannot open our house screen door, so they wanted to cut it, all they want to do is patch the problems, this pool needs to come out and the site need to be checked after months of leaking, it is now starting to be un-leveled, 4 – 5 inches from one side to the other, probably moving, they threatened me that if I will not let them fix the leak (they are unwilling to fix the pavers or slope) they will put a lien and will take me to court, they even asked the screen company to put a lien and take an extra $1000.00 - A BRIBE !!! We found more customers of Refreshing Pools and Spas and we are now grouping together. They lie, they do a horrible job and they should not be allowed to do it to other people, we will make sure of that
