5times to get glasses still not right. Spent over 900.00 on 2frames and lenses. Last time to this place. No star rating will be apropriot.

Was unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Tried from 8am to 5pm. Monday July 7th, 2014. Pressed all options availalbe (throughout the day). I've have used them for years. But if I can't even get a simple appt made, think I'll have to go somewhere else. They called me back at 5:04 and left a message for me to call them back. I tried making an appt online also, no response.

wonderful experience, very professional, efficient courteous employees will not go anywhere else, keep up the good work! Love my glasses.

I was excited at first to deal with Eye Express. However, the longer I deal with the employees, I realize that they do not have the patient in mind. The employees are rude and ondescending when talking to patients. I will not be returning to Eye Express....believe it or not, I got better service at the new Walmart on Cypress Gardens.
