Like another reviewer, I used this company twice. It was after Hurricane Irma and difficult to find anyone to come out to remove trees that posed a danger. The workers bulldozed the trees down (it's a residential area), so their equipment tore up the lawn and damaged nearby trees, plants, and a walkway. Huge ruts were left from the tires and afterwards, the workers merely took a leaf blower to blow some dirt and grass around (the owner didn't care about the ruts they left). Thankfully I was able to find another company for the remainder of the trees I wanted out, and the other company was professional, careful, and competent. Cutting Edge was a horrible experience.

This was the second time I used this company. The first time I was surprised the two people who showed up did not kill each other removing a tree from our back yard. They damaged the fence rails, broke off the blooms on our bird of paradise, left a mess for me to clean up. The second time was not my first choise but had to get a tree down before it fell down. again the destroyed my double gate fence to the point our dogs got out. I was unable to see the damage as I had just had my knee replaced. there won,t be a third time.

This is the most unprofessional lawn business I have ever come by. Three weeks ago we got an estimate to cut a tree and move some logs, we were told it would be about three weeks before they could come out but they would CALL and schedule the service. 3 weeks go by never get a call to set something up until one of his employees just randomly show up at our house when no one is home then i get call saying they are outside of our home to take care of the tree and what not. I told them we weren't home because yes we have schedules to and that we would have to reschedule, I asked the guy that called to call back to SCHEDULE a time one day in advance at least (so we could be home) he said ok, Few days go by no one calls so I call today and I guess the main guy in charge said he spoke to one of his employees and they had told him they came by once again today WITHOUT notice and had tried calling . They did NOT, the main guy ended up telling me that they weren't interested in doing the job anymore even though it was their fault for not communicating with a scheduled time. The main boss is damn clown and doesn't know a thing about being professional & very rude. SO DON'T USE THE PEOPLE THEY ARE ASSHOLES!

I'm a returning LONG time customer. Richard (owner) is very understanding of the elderly community. Since my husband and I are seasonal residence and cant do much yard work, he takes care of all our lawn and tree needs. His crew is very polite and caring as well. GREAT JOB once again! And many more to come! Did I mention they do Concrete Custom Curbing too!! Amazing all around service and services! Thanks guys!

I had tree work done and this company ripped up my lawn with their machine, The workers did not care how they left my property. I called the owner and was told that nothing was going to be done about anything that was done. I don't suggest using this company for anything.

These guys were great. I got 3 prices and they saved me $100 from the next lowest company. They came out when promised and all the guys were very professional and did a super job cleaning up after they cut the tree down. Thanks

What a wonderful company. Richard was polite and professional. When the crew came out to cut down our tree all the guys worked well together and did a supper job. When they were done everything was raked up and you could hardly tell there was a tree there. Would highly recommend!
