I called Paula on Saturday, she returned my call on Sunday. She came Monday morning when she said she would & gave me very reasonable offer. Steve & Jarvis came on Tuesday when they said they would. They did great job, my carpets are fresh & clean. This organization is professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
