This business writes inadequate contracts, leaving major items out in the payment draw, yet holds the job hostage until far more money is paid than actual work done. Has showed up on average 1 to 2 hours per week. For a pool install, his quote of 6 weeks is as far from actuality. If he does not get what what he wants, he walks off the job. The only way to get him to return is to pay his ransom demands. And in my personal experience, he then still hasn't showed up in a week. He and his crew littered the yard in cigarette butts, empty packs, throw all garbage in the pool. They have no work ethic at all. Picture shows what I currently have and he has $8000. Of our money in his pocket over and above the work completed. He promises daily what he intends to do and yet days later still a no show and further delays.
