Provided by YP.comBefore seeing you the dr's at this clinic have a multiple page medical, social and family history for you to fill out. It was the most comprehensive history I've ever seen any doctor take on me. They leave you with a call light in case you need anything. Had one needle still stuck in my head when I got home from one visit but other than that they have been great and I am hopeful for good results but it's too early to tell just yet.
