I hired a lawyer to help me out with an elder law case. My attorney was Barbara West, and in the beginning it went well and she was very informative and knowledgeable. At the end of this fiasco I was left a very unsatisfied customer because I was left with an unresolved case and a large bill. Then they told me that they will be sending my mom to collections to get their money. My mom is one hundred percent disabled suffering from dementia for the last eight years, and instead of resolving her guardianship case this lawyer and her firm are going to sick a collection company on her. Thanks for nothing.

I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone, and if this is any indication how the lawfirm does business it sickens me.
