First of all, I made a reservation for 3 rooms. I called the Monday before we were to check in to make sure all the rooms were on the same floor. I was assured that they were. We checked in on July 18, 2009. All rooms were on a different floor. The room air conditioner was so noisy that we had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off so we could sleep. Sleep! Ha! What is that crinkley bedding on your beds. Everytime we moved it sounded like some one was unwrapping a package. No sleep at all. We checked out truck into the valet parking. When we got our vehicle the next day, the canopy had been unlocked and the valet had said he saw us lock it. What was the reason someone had to unlock our canopy and snoop in our truck. Thank goodness nothing was taken. Next, there were three separate parties and one party got charged for all three rooms' parking. Then, today, July 27, I got my credit card bill, and I was charged for parking again and had to call to straighten that out. I have stayed in much lower grade places throughout my life and yours was the worst service I have ever had. I will never recommend this hotel or ever go back. Cheryl Newhouse, Forks, WA
