Our location borders the Central Business District making us ideal for travelers coming to Seattle.   We manage a number of units including studios, one and two bedroom condos, and a large one bedroom penthouse condo.   Our leases range from three days up to six months or more.  In addition, we offer seasonal pricing and will gladly negotiate rates and contracts with local businesses for longer term stays.
