I too had a bad experience with them. After the installation I found a small correction that needed to be made. They not only refused but lied to the Better Business Bureau that they never had done business with me, I provided the BBB with not only the paperwork but a copy of the canceled check. BBB finally gave up. They're behavior is bazaar to say the least.

Poor Customer Service. Good Location.

Unfortunately I shopped around on the phone and went to the place with the lowest prices in Seattle. I purchased several hundred square feet of natural flat stone from these people. I realized later that they sold me some stone that aren't very good for what I was doing. At no time during the buying process did they ask what I was doing with the stone or how it will be installed. After realized that many of my delivered stones wouldn't work for me I took them back and asked to exchange them (not return) for some stone that they had in stock and cost the same price. It was like I was asking to do a drug free root canal on them. Horrible. If they would have been nicer, and more customer service oriented I wouldn't be writing this. I don't see how a place like that can stay in business. They are in the city which is nice, and they do have a few nice things, however I wouldn't go to them unless you know EXACTLY what you want.
