I left my notebook at the store and they found it and kept it for me. When I called the store they were so friendly.

They sold my wife a cable modem instead of the DSL modem she asked for. Turns out they don't sell DSL modems and would only give us a store credit on return. Some time later I went in to buy a car charger for my iPhone. I stood at the register for over 5 minutes before a clerk came over to check me out. This was 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday night and only two other customers were in the store. All the employees were wandering around having personal conversations with their headsets on. Even the clerk checking me out could not pull away from his personal conversation. After two tries swiping my credit card I decided they really didn't want my business and I stormed out voicing my opinion on their lack of customer service. The one star rating I gave them is overly generous. Oh and the homeless hanging around the outside of the store at night only add to the poor customer service experience. Actually the manager should hire them and fire all the 20-somethings.
