If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would. This organization was recommended by a friend who used their services a couple times many years ago. We thought it was great that they helped skilled vets get back on their feet. When I called to request 2 workers, I told the gentleman who answered about the type of work we needed and asked if they had workers who were trained and skilled in this type of work. I was guaranteed that they had 2 very experienced workers who did this type of work all of the time. I asked if there was any paperwork involved or if we needed to know anything else and I was told no. A few days before I called to confirm because I had not heard from the company. Again, I asked if there was anything we needed to know or sign and was told no. The workers they sent were not only late, but untrained, inexperienced and they lied, cheated and damaged our property to the amount of $7,500. I asked 1 of the workers about his experience and he told me he was new and did not have any. When I contacted the organization, I was told by the same gentleman who set up the whole thing that their “workers had not been good since 1997 and that the 1 worker they sent us is known for guilting people out of money and lying.” After speaking with a lot of very rude and unhelpful people, we connected with the Executive Director Jim who told us that the workers lied and that they would take care of all the damage and “make everything right.” He connected us with their insurance broker and strung us along for 2 months saying in emails and messages that they would take care of all the damage. After their insurance company went through all the pictures and estimates they told us to get, they said that none of the Millionair Club workers are covered under their insurance. Now Jim is screening his calls and saying that he can’t do anything else for us. This organization knowingly sends in inexperienced workers who lie and cheat and they are not covered by any liability of the company. If they would have told us this up front, we would have gone with another organization. Now we know why they don’t say anything.
