She: Rescued my "Emergency Hair catastrophe" @ last min., Listened & clearly understood what I needed & Cleary explained me options w/o damaging it, & stayed after 12AM to Finish! She educated me on the products I needed to Maitain MY look(Not even Her products!) & told me "Exactly" where to find them & Why, & SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY Correct!
