Substituted another customers right boot for my right boot. Substituted boot is different size, older and more worn, had size/ID tag scraped off, and has definitive different design detail. Page accepts no responsibility for it. Pictures depicting the obvious substitution were presented. Page tells me the boot shrunk do to repair. Page no longer communicates the issue. This service is not a good idea, doubtful that the boots you send will be the boots you get back.
