The person name was Darshini or something.... Today the 04/28/2011. I was there for my full face threading from 7.45pm. She was chatting with a customer, exchanging her phone numbers etc... Many things were going on and I was waiting.... By 8.36 pm then it was my turn and she said she can't do threading.. And I was like "What?" SO yes, only god knows their rules. The mall closes at 9 pm and they are closing at 8.35pm. That's what she said. It was really disappointing. I might go there until I am done with my membership, But after that I will not be renewing it. We pay money and don't get the service.. So what's the use? So people please don't waste your time here. Just do the waxing ! Those women who do threading are uneducated and extremely bad customer service. Would NOT recommend at all... This my second time experiencing their RUDE customer service within a month.
