Boys and Girls Club of Ballard is affiliated with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. The club offers five-core program initiatives including arts, sports and fitness, social skills, character development and leadership development and education and career development. It offers a range of after school programs for children and disadvantaged youth, ages 6 through 18. The club, based in Seattle, provides prevention programs for youth that include gang, alcohol, drug, tobacco, and teen sex and pregnancy prevention.
