Depsite having done excellent work in the past, I took in a number of pants to have the waist dropped. They removed the waist band and rolled down the top without adjusting the zipper position. Now the pants just look unfinished. They cut the top off of the skirt but did not regather it so that it hung around my hips. I was truly disappointed in the quality and construction.
