They sold me an expensive heater unit around 4 years ago that they promised would save me a lot of money. And when I questioned Gerald Smurl why it kept breaking down and why did he sell me a unit that kept breaking down ?? He stopped servicing me as a customer. I tried several times to reach him ,.once even reaching his his wife w her saying he'd call ---no return call. It keeps breaking down every year a few times. The problem is there are hardly any plumbers who work on the type he sold me..

Highly recommend Smurl Gerald Mechanical Contractor, we had a ductless air system installed 9 years ago, it has functioned flawlessly ever since. The installation was completed in less than 4 hrs. and we had no mess after the installation was completed.
