The drs and the staff at the "office" were wonderful! No issues whatsoever. The issue came when I received the bills. It appeared that I had been charged by the dr twice due to the wording on both bills and I called to clarify this. I was met with an attitude from the woman who answered the call. She "explained" in a nasty and demeaning tone that I was charged for the dr and anesthesia on one bill and the facility on the other. "Just like if you go to the hospital you get two bills..." I asked why the dr's name was what was listed as the charges on both bills and was told "Well that's just how our billing does it!" I would have been satisfied with a less snarky answer. Obviously, this is not the first time someone has called because as soon as she answered she rambled on with "the reason you have two bills is..." before I could even ask my question. People like this really affect your business and should NOT be allowed to represent an otherwise wonderful establishment!
