I have never bought glasses at Ross-McDonnell Optical. However, I stepped on my glasses and after 3 hours of frustration trying to fix them, I walked into their store and asked for help. After looking at them the man said he’d try, but they were in bad shape. He spent almost an hour, while others were waiting, and was able to fix them. When I asked what I owed him, he waved me off! I thanked him and left him some money. This kind of customer service is unheard of today. Thank you

Ross-McDonnell is by far the best optical store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you find the right frames.
