They have a great selection of kid shoes, good customer service and affordable. Family owned business. Shop local

for back to school. He gave them to me for her and, well they were not little girl shoes they were for a boy. So I attempted to return, exchange, whatever possible for these $67 pair of shoes. I was greeted by an ignorant man who first stated that they have been worn. I responded absolutely not these are for a little boy. I gave him the recipe which he did not take and said thi is the box they came in. I said no I was not given the box her father just gave me the shoes. He no I cannot take these back without the box they came in. I responded excuse me that is absurd I've never heard anything like this before. He no I will not take them back.

Nice shoes, awful customer service

Found the staff to be too busy to care about us. I asked for a shoe and they didn't have it. Besides beign told that the show was not available, I was told I don't know if we have it here are some other ones, it is too busy. Prices are higher than the Stride Rite website. Would never go there again.
