Very poorly maintain by the Board of Directors of WOODLAND SPRINGS ASSOC and Tri-City Property Management. The property has had a history with lack of or no maintenance from care for the trees, sewer lines, underground wiring ect.

Very high maintenance inspection several time a week for items to create the HOA's other

income (Fines).

Do not be lead to believe you can have a washer and dryer in your unit,this has been banded due

do bad sewer pipes.

Club house is off limits to residents due to lack of cleaning, bad wiring, A/C ect.

Pool hours sunup to sundown due to unrepaired lighting which was know about by

the Board of Directors of WOODLAND SPRINGS ASSOC and Tri-City Property

60 days before Maricopa Vector control order the hour changes'

ELECTRICAL BOXES WIRE SHUT , LANDSCAPING. ASK ABOUT CLUBHOUSE

SEWERS, UNDERGROUND WIRING, DRAINAGE .
