They got one star because there isn't a lower possible score. This company is as dishonest as the day is long. They have "T-Mobile" reps, ( they are NOT T-Mobile,) offer great terms, great prices and free phone upgrades after 1 year. The service is actually poor, the terms are less than most carriers, and they don't honor their own promotions. In short... this company is a rip-off. If they solicit your business, run. Run like Freddy Kruger is chasing you.

Do not buy any services from this company. It will cost you hundreds to get out of a contract. They misrepresent themselves as T-Mobile...they're actually a third party. When I tried to contact them the phone number & email on contract paperwork is no longer working. I've reported this company to the FCC to investigate & I'm surprised they haven't intervened already when I read these complaints.

If I could give zero stars I would. I get a daily phone call from a man who claims he is a collections agency named David D. I cannot get his last name as this is company policy. I am being harassed to pay a bill on a daily basis for a bill that isn’t due yet! He is not a collections agency as I reach him through their customer service! This guy is extremely rude and unprofessional.. Today he finally admits that his company made a mistake, and they did not hold up their end of the contract of changing my bill from a My Fav 400 plan to a Classic Family 500 plan! He says mam, a mistake was made on our end!! He says they don’t need to hold up their end of the contract, but I do and I need to pay $100 for cancelling the line I opened so that my bill would be changed to this plan! It was NEVER EVER changed! I should not be charged when the contract wasn’t even fulfilled! This contract should be void as it was never ever fulfilled, and in no way shape or form should I be charged a fee. This place is a total scam!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have VERY pushy @$$ sales people who won't tell you everything. I had a sales lady come in who told me she worked FOR T-Mobile business reps and that ONLY she can give me early termination fee credit on my account with AT&T thus buying me out of my contract to get T-Mobile. So I did it and she said I can change my plan ANY time with T-Mobile and as long as I don't cancel my contract service within 120 days I won't get any fees. I UPGRADED my dang service plan with T-Mobile for unlimited minutes instead of 1000 and THAT caused a breach of contract for $400 per line for $800 total. And now I don't get early termination fee credit so I'm stuck with paying $800 PLUS my AT&T fees and new monthly fees from T-Mobile. Even though I have absolutely no plans on paying that $800. lol. I cancelled my credit card on that account so they can't charge it automatically. I don't understand how companies like this is allowed to be in business by the government. Complete crap.

Venicom will not leave me alone. I was contacted by a salesman once and entertained a quote, but signed a 3-year contract with anohter provider instead.



Since that time I have been contacted about once every 60 days, for two years running, by a different salesman every time. I have asked, demanded, begged, and threatened to try and get my name removed from thier call list. One guy spilled the beans, they are independant contractors participating in a 'work from home' scam where they buy a call list from venicom. There is no company structure, no contact between salesmen, and no way for them to honor a removal request.



I have contacted the BBB and FCC in attempt to stop the calls. I have contacted the Scottsdale office. Nothing has been effective. Venicom is simply a pyramid scheme using ignorant victims to resell other companies services. Do not do business with this company.
